Faye Patton is in a class of her own. A supremely individual singer/songwriter and pianist currently at the cutting edge... Inspired by jazz keyboard greats and auteurs such as Ray Charles, Scott Joplin, Herbie Hancock, Nina Simone, Tori Amos, Ricki Lee Jones, Diamanda Galas, Horace Silver and Theolonius Monk. Her original songs combine jazz, funk, pop, folk, gospel, country, blues and classical influences with gutsy, fluid vocals that flex and stretch across registers to reach heights and depths that make audiences gasp. Delivered with passion and precision, her music has an urgency, soulfulness and dexterity that mark her out as a stand-alone new presence. (Check her songs out immediately on the Listen/Buy Music page.)

For the last 5 years, Faye has been gigging regularly in London both solo and with her talented bandmembers (some of whom pictured below at the Cobden Club), guest musicians from Stratford-based gospel group Revelation.
